托盘干燥箱

双壁单元安装在一个坚固的角铁框架。内外均采用MS厚板，外涂适当的锤调漆，内涂高温铝漆。两面墙之间的空隙用高级矿棉填充，以减少热损失。支架支撑沉重的干燥托盘在可调节的高度提供内壁的侧面。装有条形空气加热器。温度范围从+5ºC环境到250ºC±2ºC在150ºC和±3ºC至250ºC，由数字温度控制。通风装置的顶部设有可调开口，可将加工过程中产生的烟气或蒸汽排出。一个风扇安装强制空气循环，以确保均匀加热整个内室。箱内设有独立的控制面板，单独控制开/关及循环风机。在220V或440v交流电源下工作。 Supplied with aluminium trays of size 80 x 40 x 3cm as per tray capacity of unit. A double walled unit mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame. Inner and outer made of heavy MS sheet with outer duly hammertone painted and inner with high temperature aluminium paint. The gap between two walls is filled with high-grade mineral wool to minimize thermal loss. Brackets to support the heavily laden drying trays at adjustable height are provided on the sides of inner walls. Fitted with Strip type Air Heaters. Temperature range from +5ºC ambient to 250ºC ± 2ºC at 150ºC and ±3ºC upto 250ºC, controlled by Digital Temp. Indicator cum Controller. Ventilation is provided with adjustable opening at the top to exhaust the fumes or vapors produced during processing. A fan is fitted for forced air circulation to ensure uniform heating throughout the inner chamber. A separate control panel is fitted to the chamber with individual control for ON / OFF and air circulating fan. To work on 220V or 440 V AC supply.
